What Next?

We have asked all the right questions and will get back to you with an all inclusive price and everything you need to move forward.

We take a bit more time researching your quote to ensure that it is 100% accurate, it may take a day or two. We will check flight scheduling, availability and compare both cost and the welfare of your pets before finalising.

If your move is urgent (within a few days) - we know how stressful this is and will prioritise and secure your quote to avoid disappointment.

Moves greater than 6 weeks away… Please note that it may take us up to a week to get a quote back to you. We are currently dealing with an abundance of short notice moves, together with ongoing last minute cancellations of flights. Rest assured we will get back to you as soon as possible and you have not been forgotten.

Changes?

No need to fill in another form. Simply drop us an email with what you need changed.

Vaccination certificates

If boarding is required, we would need a copy of their latest vaccination certificate showing that they are up to date with their vaccinations, generally C5 for dogs and F3 for cats. 

Please note that this is to be valid for the duration and administered at least 2 weeks prior to boarding if required. Most boarding facilities will require these to secure space. You can email them through any time.

Microchip details

It is now a requirement to provide microchip numbers to airline staff and many boarding facilities as a duty of care. If you supplied these in the form, thank you!

If not, you can provide these at any time via email. Most vaccination certificates will have this information on them also.

Payment

Our flexible payment options are there to ensure everyone can afford the best service.

Toll will now reimburse costs for pet relocation based on a quote, invoice, or paid invoice. So once we issue our quote, you can forward to your case manager for reimbursement allowing you to have the funds up front to cover costs.

You can book now and not pay until just prior to your move.

We will then send you a receipt, to send to your Toll case manager for reimbursement, leaving you out of pocket for the minimal amount of time.
